Order and Payment
To help make buying from our site as easy as possible we provide our customers with 4 payment options, each with their own advantages.

Google Checkout
Through Google Checkout it is possible to set up an account so that you can make purchases from our shop in just a few clicks. All major Credit/Debit cards accepted.

PayPal
By paying with PayPal you can pay by any major Credit/Debit card without having to sign up for a PayPal account, or if you wish you can pay using your existing PayPal balance if you already have an account.

Nochex (UK Only)
With Nochex it is easy to pay by Credit/Debit card through a userfreindly checkout facililty. Most major Credit/Debit cards are accepted. There is a £100 a day transaction limit by choosing this payment method. The £100 limit can be raised to £300 a day by registering for a Nochex account.

Cheque & Postal Order
We also accept offline payments for orders. All payments must be in GBP (Sterling).

We do not handle any payment information other than offline payments. Your card details are never revealed to us as long as you use one of our trusted payment service providers.

Dynamic Currency Conversion
While all care has been taken in making available and maintaining the Currency Conversion Rates displayed on this site, such conversion rates are estimates only of currency conversions that may apply to a transaction. These rates are provided for information purposes only without express or implied warranty. The Currency Conversion Rates should not be relied upon as actual currency conversion rates that may be applied to any particular transaction as such rates will frequently fluctuate over time and vary between various financial providers.

Postage and Packaging
UK Shipping
When placing an order to a UK address (including Channel Islands) we offer three shipping options:

Economy - £1.00 (3-5 working days*)
The economy option is the most environmentally friendly choice. Orders will be dispatch in new boxes and packed with recycled materials. DVD orders will usually be dispatched in padded envelopes. There are no postage tracking numbers available with this option.

Standard - £2.50 (1-3 working days*)
The standard option will have your order dispatched usually within one working day. All orders are packed in new boxes with protective biodegradable packing. You will receive a postage tracking number with this option.

Special Delivery - £6.00 (Next day delivery**)
Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Thursday will be dispatched the same day and arrive the next working day. Orders placed outside these times are exempt from being delivered the next day but will still receive the same service. You will receive a postage tracking number with this option.

Eye on Asia reserves the right to pack orders in multiple consignments when necessary at no extra cost. From time to time we may also upgrade the postage service used to courier on larger orders at no extra cost. There is usually a 1 working day handling time (from payment clearing) before any orders will be dispatched. Occasionally this handling time may vary slightly but should never be more than a 3 days. The status of your order can be checked by using our in store tracking facility.

European / EU Shipping
All postage within Europe and European Union (EU) is dispatched via Royal Mail International Signed For and requires a signature upon delivery. Eye on Asia reserves the right to pack orders in multiple consignments when necessary at no extra cost. There is usually a 1 working day handling time (from payment clearing) before any orders will be dispatched. Occasionally this handling time may vary slightly but should never be more than a 3 days. Please note that customers outside the EU are responsible for paying any customs charges that local authorities may charge on items entering their country, please check with your country's customs for more information. The status of your order can be checked by using our in store tracking facility.

International Shipping (outside Europe)
All postage outside of Europe is dispatched via Royal Mail International Signed For and requires a signature upon delivery. Eye on Asia reserves the right to pack orders in multiple consignments when necessary at no extra cost. There is usually a 1 working day handling time (from payment clearing) before any orders will be dispatched. Occasionally this handling time may vary slightly but should never be more than a 3 days. Please note that customers outside the EU are responsible for paying any customs charges that local authorities may charge on items entering their country, please check with your country's customs for more information. The status of your order can be checked by using our in store tracking facility.

* These times are only estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

** Placing very large orders can cause a delay in shipment.

Returns Policy
If when you receive your order it is not what you expect or the item is damaged return the item within 14 days for a refund. Any returned item must be in original condition and sealed. If the packaging is open, destroyed, abused, or the item has been removed, used or exhibited in any manor, a refund cannot be issued. Please note that damage done to the product packaging or box cannot be refunded. Postage expenses of returning the item cannot be refunded (at own expense). There is a 9-14 day processing time for refunds to be completed. Please contact us for a return address.

Automatic Returns
Orders that have been dispatched and returned to us due to failure to collect from a post office will incur a shipping penalty equal to the orders actual shipping cost. We will contact you within 24 hours of any automatic return. We understand that Royal Mail offers varying quality of service in various parts of the UK. If you are concerned that your order has not arrived please feel free to contact us. These terms apply to UK, European and International customers.
